Saw Grade Diamond

SMD series is a kind of saw grade industrial diamond product for sawing of stone, concrete and geological drilling. This type fo product is suitable for making frame saw, wire saw, muti-blades and drill bits. Workpieces range from hardest granite, asphalt, refractories and reinforced concrete to softer marbles, limestones and lightweight building materials.

The premium grade SMD5190, 5180, 5160 are ranked the prefect cubo-octahedral crystalline, the crystal also have favorable transparency and purity, highest toughness, perfect thermal stability and impact resistance.

The medium grade SMD5140, 5130 are ranked the high percentage of whole cubo-octahedral crystalline, low inclusion and high toughness.

The econimic grade SMD5125, 5120, 5115 and 5111 are disegined for medium load application, the whole crystalline percentage is lower than above two types.

SMD52xx The coarse grit SMD52xx series from top grade SMD5290 to economic grade SMD5215, can match different working applications like high strength saw, drill and grinding tools, rope saw as well as for the electroplated tools, medium load or low load tools making.
SMD 5190 With the most accordant crystal color, excellent controled shape, very good transparency, high strength and great thermal stability, it is suitable for making tools for sawing or grinding hard stone like granite, asphalt and reinforced concrete, also suitable for geological drills.
SMD 5180 Optimized crystal shape, perfect cubo-octahedron, good transparency, high impact strength and thermal stability, suitable for high impact cutting, drilling, and grinding tools.
SMD5160 Complete crystal shape with full surface, good diaphaneity and low impurity,high strength, suitable for circular saws, frame-saw and geological broaches.
SMD5140 Comparatively regular crystal shape, high mechanic strength, belonging to middle grade, containing more regular crystals, suitable for grinding and free-cutting tools, grinding wheels which work with medium load
SMD5130 Comparatively regular crystal shape, high strength, containing some regular crystals, suitable for grinding and cutting tools, grinding wheels that work with medium load.
SMD5125 Comparatively regular crystals shape, medium strength, belonging to medium and low grade, suitable for cutting tools and grinding wheels that work with medium load.
SMD5120 Irregular crystal shape, low strength, belonging to low grade, suitable for grinding tools and wheels that work with low load.
SMD5115 Most of these series are irregular single crystal, with low intensity, and few regular single crystals in it. They are suitable for processing low hardness stone material and as a kind of normal super hard abrasive.
SMD5111 Most of the crystal are needle sheet shape, with good self-sharpness ability, can be well holding with resign bond, it is suitable for making resign bond tools.
