Resin Bond Diamond
It is a carefully designed synthetic diamond having the optimum performance on various nonferrous materials. from the tough blocky crystal shape to highly fragile irregular shape, the specific crystalline structure can achive higher material removal rate in dry or wet grinding, as well as surface finishes.
The applications: tungsten carbides, carbide-steel combinations, glass, advanced ceramics and so on.
Nickel, Spiked Nickel, Copper coating resign bond diamond can improve the retention of the diamond crystal with the resin bond, improve the grinding productivity and thermal conductivity, prolong the working lifetime of the diamond tools and romoving heat from the grinding area.
The resign bond diamond we have polycrystalline RVDP series and monocrystalline RVDM series.
