We have polycrystalline diamond micron powder grade DMP-P and monocrystalline diamond micron powder grade DMP-M.
DMP-P powder comes from RVD grade diamond, the crystal of this kind of micron powder features irregular shape and sharp edges, the polycrystalline structurer can support diamond tools an excellent grinding efficiency, the high friability can support diamond tools finish a best application surface. It is suitable for producing resin bond, vitrified bond diamond tools or producing grinding wheel and grinding paste.
DMP-M powder has high strength and sharp edge, can make the working surface have a prefect smooth surface and bring the satisfied grinding efficiency. It is suitable for processing natural diamond, gem stone, glass and ceramic. |
